The English edition uses sources to set boundaries, not to make the book sound more authoritative than it is.

Policy

• Prefer official agencies, clinical guidelines, professional organizations, and patient-facing institutional materials for high-risk boundaries.
• Use news and single studies as leads, not as direct reasons to change medical advice.
• Record source choices in the English Source Registry.
• If guidance may change, include a review date in the maintenance record.
• If a source is U.S.-specific, do not present it as universal for all English readers.
